Preparation Instructions
Suspend 59.4 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water. Heat with agitation and boil until completely dissolved. Dispense into test tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes. After sterilization, allow the medium to solidify in a deep slant position before use.
