Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 36.2 g of medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water by heating gently (some insoluble material may remain, shake before use).
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
After sterilization, allow to cool, and use as required.
