Composition (per liter)

  • Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal – 5.0g

  • Beef Extract – 5.0g

  • Yeast Extract – 5.0g

  • Dextrose – 20.0g

  • Lactose – 20.0g

  • Calcium carbonate – 10.0g

  • Neutral Red – 0.05g

  • Agar – 15.0g

  • pH: 6.0 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Dissolve 80.0g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water.

  2. Heat and boil until fully dissolved.

  3. Dispense into containers and sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes.

  4. After sterilization and holding, shake thoroughly to prevent calcium carbonate settling.

  5. Avoid prolonged holding at high temperature to maintain medium quality.
