Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 61g of Chalmers Broth in 1L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling while gently mixing until completely dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
Cool to room temperature and use aseptically for Streptococcus cultivation.
