Medium Composition (per liter)

• Beef Extract – 10.0 g

• Dextrose – 18.0 g

• Dipotassium Phosphate (K₂HPO₄) – 1.8 g

• Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate (MgSO₄·7H₂O) – 1.0 g

• Agar – 14.0 g

• Final pH: 7.0 ± 0.1 at 25℃

Preparation Instructions:

1. Suspend 44.8 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water (adjust proportionally if preparing different volumes).

2. Heat with continuous boiling for at least 1 minute until fully dissolved.

3. Dispense into suitable containers.

4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.

5. Shake well after sterilization to prevent agar sedimentation before use.
