Tryptone – 10.0 g
Glucose – 5.0 g
Bromcresol Purple – 0.04 g
Agar – 15.0 g
Final pH: 6.7 ± 0.1 (25℃)
Preparation Instructions:
Suspend 30.0 g of the medium in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling until fully dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers.
Sterilize at 121℃ for 20 minutes.
Shake well after sterilization to avoid agar sedimentation.
Cool and store until use.
