Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 101g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water with gentle warming and stirring.
Dispense into containers.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 115°C for 30 minutes.
Cool before use.
Due to the bran content, the solution appears turbid. If needed, add 1.5% agar powder to prepare a solid agar medium.
