• Pancreatic Digest of Casein – 10.0 g

• Peptone – 10.0 g

• Yeast Extract – 1.5 g

Preparation Instructions

Weigh 4.8g of the medium and dissolve in 98ml of distilled or deionized water. Add 2ml of absolute ethanol. Heat the mixture until boiling, then immediately stop heating. Cool to below 45°C. Store at 2–10°C and use within 96 hours.
