ITC Selective Broth Base for Enhanced Yersinia Recovery
Specialized enrichment medium optimized for Yersinia species isolation. Requires ITC Supplement additive (1 vial per 100mL) added post-sterilization to suppress competing flora. High-magnesium formulation maintains critical osmotic balance for pathogen growth.

Protocol:

1. Dissolve 44.0g in warm water (40-50°C)

2. Sterilize and cool to 47°C
