This enriched formulation combines beef extract (5.0g/L), peptone (10.0g/L) and yeast extract (5.0g/L) with 5.0g/L glucose to support robust growth of nutritionally demanding bacteria. The pH-stabilized (7.0±0.2) medium is particularly effective for fastidious organisms and industrial strain maintenance.

Preparation Protocol:
