Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 26.5g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water by heating to a boil until fully dissolved.
Dispense into containers and sterilize at 121°C under high pressure for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes.
After sterilization, shake well to prevent agar from settling at the bottom of the container. Cool and store for later use.
