Storage: Stable at room temperature with a 3-year shelf life, ensuring consistent performance over time.
Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 17.5g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water by heating to a boil until fully dissolved.
Dispense into containers and sterilize at 121°C under high pressure for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes.
Cool the medium before use.
