Validated Preparation Protocol:

  1. Dissolve 40.0g in 1L purified water

  2. Boil with stirring until complete dissolution

  3. Autoclave: 121°C for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes

  4. Swirl gently post-sterilization

  5. Pour Plates at 45-50°C (4mm thickness)
