Validated Preparation Protocol:
Dissolve 45.0g in 1L purified water
Distribute into culture vessels
Heat Treatment: 100°C water bath for 30 minutes
Rapid Cooling: Ice bath immediately post-heating
Inoculate within 2 hours of preparation
