VRBGA Agar – Violet Red Bile Glucose Medium for Enterobacteriaceae Detection
Violet Red Bile Glucose Agar (VRBGA) – Gold Standard for Enteric Bacteria Isolation
Precisely isolate and identify glucose-fermenting Gram-negative bacteria with our selective VRBGA medium – the definitive choice for food safety testing, pharmaceutical QC, and environmental monitoring. Formulated with bile salts and dual chromogens for superior selectivity in detecting Enterobacteriaceae per ISO 21528 & FDA BAM standards.
Critical Applications:
✔️ Food Pathogen Screening – Salmonella/E.coli detection in raw materials
✔️ Pharmaceutical Water Testing – Indicator organism monitoring
✔️ Environmental Swab Analysis – Processing surface contamination checks
✔️ Dairy Product QC – Coliform enumeration in milk & cheese
